1. Is there an obligation to register with shop.silvergrainclassics.com?
No! You are also welcome to order as a guest. While „Proceeding to checkout“ simply select the option „Do not create customer account“ in the „I am a new customer“ dialogue box.
2. What are the advantages of registering with shop.silvergrainclassics.com?
Upon registration, your master data (e.g. your alternative shipping address or preferred method of payment) are saved in your personal customer account. You do not have to re-enter them again when you place another order. In addition, you have access to an overview of your orders.
3. I cannot log in!
„Your access data could not be assigned to a user“
In this case, please check the spelling of your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can have a new one assigned to you using the „Forgot your password?“ dialogue. To do so, click on „Forgot your password?“. In the following dialogue, enter the email address you saved with the shop and click on „Send e-mail“.
We will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link. Click on the link to change your password.
4. Which payment methods are available?
The following payment methods are available:
With PayPal you can pay for your goods safely and conveniently. PayPal is provided by Heidelpay.
- Credit card
Pay conveniently with your Visa or Mastercard. Payment by credit card is provided by Heidelpay.
- Direct debit
The invoice amount will be debited from your bank account after the order.
5. I have not received an order confirmation email!
All emails will be sent to the email address you provided. You can check the email address in your account at any time and change it if necessary (please check for spelling mistakes). Please also check your spam folder.
6. Which delivery options are available?
We use the services of Deutsche Post and DHL to deliver our magazines.
7. How can I return items and who covers the costs of returns?
