Value added tax (VAT)

• VAT in germany and all EU countries is 7% for end customers (B2C).
• For all other countries (World) the VAT is 0% for end customers (B2C).
• For deliveries to business customers (B2B) with specified and verified VAT ID in other european countries, VAT is not applicable.

Download items

• No shipping costs for download items (e-paper).
• For combination offers that contain both a print product and a download item, the standard shipping costs for the print product apply.
• Download items are usually available for download immediately after receipt of payment in your customer account.
• Download items that are part of a subscription order will be sent to you by e-mail on a monthly basis within the subscription period.

Payment terms

	PayPal Pay your purchase easily and safely via PayPal. Payment via PayPal handled by Unzer.
	Credit Card Pay comfortably with your Visa or Mastercard. Payment by credit card is provided by Unzer.
	Direct debit The invoice amount will be debited from your bank account after the placement of the order.
	Payment in advance If you want to pay for your goods in advance, we will process your order after receipt of payment. Depending on the credit institution, it can take between 2-4 working days to post the incoming money.

	Deutsche Post We dispatch our goods by Deutsche Post.
